Starving From Hunger.

April 23, 1889

Last night about 8 o’clock Private Watchman Stedeford found a young man lying on the street at Frazier and Sheffield streets, Allegheny, who was weak from starvation. He was sent to lockup in the patrol wagon where he was given a meal. He said he had eaten nothing since last Friday. He claimed Cleveland as his home and said his name was John O’Connors and his age eighteen years.
